We are residents in Texada Island’s two Improvement Districts – Van Anda and Gillies Bay.
In 2023, we decided to invite all Improvement Districts with Waterworks to join our efforts to bring about equal access to Government funding. Individual letters and UBCM Resolutions have not been sufficient to bring back government support for community water systems. Being able to obtain the funding sooner rather that later will save us all money in the long run.
